PRODUCER/SELLER: any person owning marketable French bulk wines can use the www.vinsenvrac.com site to sell their wines. The platform puts the seller in contact with brokers and buyers registered on www.vinsenvrac.com
BROKER: In accordance with Act n°49-1652 of December 31, 1949 (consolidated August 6, 2008), only wine and spirits brokers (known as ‘countryside brokers’) are entitled to conduct brokering operations. Brokers registered on www.vinsenvrac.com act on behalf of a wine seller/producer or a buyer/negociant. The brokers on www.vinsenvrac.com put the batches online for sale or purchase.
MERCHANT/BUYER: any person looking to buy a batch of bulk wines can use the www.vinsenvrac.com site to contact brokers and producers.
SUBSCRIBER: anyone who has paid a one-year subscription fee to VINS EN VRAC SAS online services. This fee provides exclusive access to the data supplied by the economic intelligence service on www.vinsenvrac.com.
USER: represents all industry members, irrespective of their branch, using the www.vinsenvrac.com site as a producer/seller, broker, merchant/buyer or subscriber to economic intelligence.

VINSENVRAC SAS’s activity is restricted to connecting producers/sellers and brokers, and brokers and merchants/buyers. The www.vinsenvrac.com website is simply a trading platform. The VINSENVRAC SAS company does not intervene at any stage of the transaction, notably in the characterisation of batches and negotiations.
The VINSENVRAC SAS company cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the parties connected via the website. If the website is momentarily unavailable (for technical or other reasons), VINSENVRAC SAS cannot be held responsible for the damage caused and possible delays during transactions.
To register with the website, users must first create an account based on their company name and use of the services offered by VINS EN VRAC SAS. To successfully create an account, users must provide personal details that are essential for establishing the most suitable connections (namely surname, first name, age, telephone number and address). Users certify they are over 18 when registering.
VINS EN VRAC SAS cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for information supplied by users which may be incorrect or unlawful.
The user promises not to create or use accounts other than the one initially created (under one’s own identity or that of a third party). Any exemption from this agreement shall be explicitly requested by the user of VINS EN VRAC SAS. The creation of new accounts (under one’s own identity or that of a third party) without having requested and obtained the permission of VINS EN VRAC SAS, could lead to immediate suspension of the user’s accounts and all associated services.
